Talking Straight About Managing Menopause: The Good, The Bad, And The Sweaty
Recently, I celebrated my 30 year High School reunion. It was incredible to see all of my old friends and catch up. After a few rounds of reminiscing, the women started getting real and talking about the night sweats and mood swings. I thought it was amazing to think that I met these women when we were going through puberty and here we are discussing menopause! This is why when the makers of Estroven asked me to try their new product in honor of Menopause Awareness Month I said a very emphatic YES!
My sister actually introduced me to Estroven a few years ago. She is older than me and when perimenopause hit her, her cardiologist recommended Estroven. She pointed out that Estroven is a naturally sourced supplement that has powerful natural ingredients that are combined to deal with the symptoms of menopause like the hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, fatigue, memory lapses and weight management issues. Estroven does not contain synthetic Estrogen which is used in hormone replacement so it is a safe alternative to Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Let’s face it; there isn’t a lot of information out there for menopause. This isn’t a subject matter that they taught in health class and they never mentioned it when we were little girls in 5th grade learning about periods. This was a subject that no one talked about and yet 1 out 3 women will experience symptoms while 60% of us will never seek treatment. Those numbers are staggering especially with all of the amazing products that Estroven has to make this time in our lives more bearable and manageable.
Only Estroven has a full line of products that safely and effectively provides multi-symptom menopause relief so you can feel like you again. Each product contains naturally-sourced ingredients that go beyond reducing hot flashes and night sweats to relieve your most bothersome menopause symptoms. I got to try the Weight Management Estroven. What I learned during my research was that:
• During menopause, hormones fluctuate to prepare the body for consistently decreased levels after menopause
• One side effect of these hormone fluctuations is weight change
• Body chemistry completely changes during menopause, which calls for new weight management regimens to adapt to these new changes
What I found when I started taking Weight Management Estroven was that it relieved the occasional hot flash and helped with the mood swings. More importantly, I noticed a change in my energy and activity level as well. I felt better so I did more. After a few days of taking it, I felt like I could start an exercise routine and still was able to sleep well at night (something else that had been eluding me since all these symptoms began).
Estroven Weight Management states that it does the following:
- Estroven Weight Management reduces hot flashes and night sweats, plus helps safely manage weight
- Naturally Sourced Ingredients: Proprietary Synetrim CQ balances serotonin to help safely manage weight
• Clinically proven soy isoflavones, plus black cohosh helps reduce hot flashes and night sweats
• Herbal Weight Blend of naturally-sourced ingredients supports healthy weight management and contributes to a healthy lifestyle
I don’t know about that but I do know that I feel like me again. I feel energetic and active. I started working out and have the energy to tackle anything without fear that I’m going to have a hot flash or poop out in the middle like I had been. As a student I also noticed that my memory was improving! As I feel more rested and energetic, it all starts coming back to me and I feel like I am back in my 20s.
So let’s all join the conversation today on Facebook. It is time to start having a real conversation. Like Estroven on Facebook and check out the 8 week workout routine that trainer Deb Horn created for women just like us. Trust me, you will feel like you again!
