Continuing our “Favorite Things” we go to a topic that affects everyone. We are all getting older. We can’t deny that. We have changed some of our habits but is that enough to keep us healthy? We take our vitamins every night and avoid the bad foods as much as possible but is that enough? Our new Favorite Thing that has us thinking we are doing more for our health is Linwoods Superfoods! We were sent a sample of this food supplement and we need to share the results.
